Authorization and Payment Agreement
I authorize Turisteando Viajes LLC to use the information provided to process payments for my approved travel plans directly with suppliers, up to the amount specified in this form. I confirm I am an authorized user of this credit card. I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company as long as it aligns with the terms outlined here.

Terms and Conditions

• I have reviewed and accepted the cancellation policies for all components of my purchase as provided in the booking documents.
• I acknowledge that I am booking through a travel agent, not directly with providers (e.g., hotels, airlines), and therefore, dissatisfaction with services does not permit me to cancel this payment.

Travel Responsibilities

• I am responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and meet destination requirements. Passports must have at least 6 months of validity after the return date.
• I understand check-in times: 2 hours for domestic flights, 3 hours for international flights, and any delay may result in denied boarding at my expense.

Travel Insurance

• I understand it is my right to request travel insurance and that I must purchase it immediately for full coverage. If needed, I will contact my agent for a quote.

Payments and Penalties

• I am responsible for tracking payment deadlines. Late payments may result in the loss of deposits or reservations.
• Debit card users must inform their bank of transactions to avoid delays.

Digital Signature Validity
Submitting this form constitutes a binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature.
